Cleaning Service Exclusions

Chandeliers, Light Bulbs, Bio-hazards (Mould etc.), Hoarding, Animal Waste, High Reach Areas (More than 2 step ladder), Squalor Cleaning, Exterior Windows (more than 2 step ladder or obstructed)

Maintenance Service Add-Ons

The following optional extras can be added to your service or quote request

 

We offer a variety of optional cleaning extras that can be added to your cleaning package to suit your individual needs, including:

  • Dusting and wiping fixed shelving and bookshelves

  • Dusting and wiping picture frames and wall hangings

  • Dusting and wiping down fly screens

  • Sweeping/washing of patios, porches, balconies and decks

  • Sweeping/washing of entrances, paths and ramps

  • Shaking out rugs

Optional Extras

 

Many of our clients request seasonal services to be carried out periodically throughout their plan period. You can choose our recommended services or select your own when you request a quote or service booking. Seasonal services available include:

  • Internal oven clean and rangehood cleans

  • Internal refrigerator and/or freezer clean

  • Internal pantry, kitchen cabinets and drawer cleaning

  • Skirting boards, architraves, door frames & picture rails

  • Window cleaning - internal & external (up to a 2-step ladder)

  • Washing walls

Seasonal Services

 

In-Home Laundry

Our in-home laundry service means that your bed linen, bath towels and other personal items can be washed, hung out to dry, folded and even put away for you. Giving you the time and energy to focus on the more important things. Services include:

  • Changing and washing of bed linen and bath towels

  • Washing clothes and other personal items

  • Drying clothes (hanging on the clothesline or putting in the clothes dryer)

  • Ironing and folding

  • Sorting and putting away in your closet
