Getting Started Package

For clients who: are just starting their aged care journey, with or without a My Aged Care ID.

    • Preparation of a personal case summary (decline, daily needs, health issues)

    • My Aged Care registration via phone (if not already registered)

    • Request for assessment (CHSP or HCP)

    • Nominate Jenn as My Aged Care Representative

    • Advice on likely outcome (CHSP vs HCP) and timeframes

    • Email summary of consult + next steps (family member cc’d if desired)

    • Personalised aged care document folder

    • In-home or in-office meeting (Ballina region)

    • Travel time + kms included (within Ballina)

    • A clear, personalised Aged Care Road Map so you know exactly what’s next — no guesswork

    • Your My Aged Care registration complete and your assessment formally requested

    • An experienced representative appointed to speak on your behalf and manage updates

    • Guidance tailored to your situation, whether you're eligible for CHSP, HCP, or both

    • A ready-to-go aged care folder to help you stay organised and in control

    • Support that extends beyond the appointment — including pre-assessment advice and planning

Assessment Support Package

For clients who: want continued support after applying, including help during and after their ACAT/ACAS assessment.

    • Attendance at ACAT/ACAS assessment (phone or in-person)

    • Advocacy during the assessment to communicate needs clearly

    • Email/phone support during the waiting period

    • Monthly My Aged Care status checks (up to 3 months)

    • Family updates throughout the process (cc'd on communication)

    • Personalised Outcome Letter explaining what was approved (CHSP, HCP, etc.) and your next steps

    • A trusted advocate by your side at the assessment — making sure your true needs are heard

    • Peace of mind knowing your assessment wasn’t left to chance or miscommunication

    • A clear breakdown of your outcome — what you’ve been approved for and what it actually means
