Both Home Care Package (HCP) and Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) recipients.

Accompanying you to appointments & shopping: Reliable support for essential outings such as doctors appointments, grocery shopping and other weekly social activities.
Coordination of Transportation: Ensuring getting to weekly activities is hassle-free for you!
Who can access our Support Services:
Veterans
DVA (Department of Veterans Affairs) recipients with a Veterans’ Home Care (VHC) care plan.
Privately Funded Clients
Clients who are not subsidised by a government programme but still want to access our services.
Social Support & Companionship
Outings & Daily Activity Assistance: Accompanying you on social outings.
Wellbeing & Companionship: Our support workers focus on fostering a positive atmosphere with our clients’ wellbeing at the forefront.
NDIS Participants
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer support services to NDIS clients.

Aged Care Support Service Rates
Our aged care support rates align with government funding and support programs. The following rates are for non-clinical services including domestic assistance, social support, and accompanying clients to appointments.

Important notes for all services
Minimum service time: 1.5 hours per appointment.
Travel charges: Charged in 15 min increments (depending on clients’ location). Travel charges apply when reasonable and necessary, with payments passed on to Sistability staff.
Travel (per km): $1.00 per km (travel to you/with you)
The above rates are for non-clinical services carried out in the private residence of the client (home care) and are exclusive of GST.
Sistability provides a range of contracted services to aged care providers, including high-quality support, cleaning and gardening services. As a registered business, Sistability is required to charge Goods and Services Tax (GST) on all services provided. The GST will be added to the service fee charged to aged care providers, in compliance with Australian tax regulations.
